ArCOS – Arc Control Optimization System

ArCOS–the intelligent electrode regulation system for any kind of three phase electric arc or ladle furnace. A modern regulation system is optimizes electric power input as well as minimizing of electrode consumption. Therefore ArCOS helps to raise productivity and to lower overall conversion costs.

Properties ArCOS uses intelligent measurement technology in combination with highly sophisticated control algorithms. Additionally, dynamic parameter adaptation ensures optimized melting performance at any of the process steps. The basis for this optimized performance is integrated visualization together with high tech-tools for monitoring and diagnostics.
