Energy monitoring system is the part of package of reprots. I have seen most of the customers have complaints that they do not know what to do with the captured data.
I need inputs why this problem comes and also let us discuss what type of problems customer face.
Let us work togther to make our world Green for our upcoming generation

Basically the customer captures a lot of data (which may not be required by him). The customer requires only the most relevent data like the MD, units consumption which has a direct bearing on the manufacturing cost. The other data like phase-phase voltage, frequency may not be significant to him.
In our EMS model, we should be able to supply the customer only what he requires only. This may halp to reduce the problems at customer end.

You r right mostly customer does not know how to proceed futhur with available data. Reports should be userfriendly and also customer can develop customized reports by his own.
Looking forward fro more inputs.
