K Subramaniam (Managing Director)
An entrepreneur with enormous potential, commendable leadership qualities, innovative ideas & amazing energy, Mr. K.Subramaniam holds a B.E degree in Electronics from NIT, Trichy, India. He began his career as a Marketing Engineer in M/s.Systronics (A Sarabhai Co.) and moved on to NELCO (A Tata Enterprise.) In 1975, along with another colleague from NELCO, he founded Masibus as a start up company.

His vision of evolving a world class instrumentation company to serve as many customer applications, his total commitment to TQM & HRD, along with unrelenting perseverance & strong value systems, has steered Masibus well past its third decade since setting up, to serve over 5000 customers, in an ever challenging & highly competitive business environment.

Dominic J. Cordeiro (Technical Director)
An Electronics engineering graduate from L.D. Engineering College, Ahmedabad, he started his career with Masibus and has grown with the organization & helped it to achieve many a milestone in technology.

A technocrat & a specialist in Instrumentation field, he has been a major driving force in bringing out most of the products developed in-house. He has been involved in development & execution of many major projects. He has traveled to various countries such as USA, Europe, Far East, etc. for business activities.

Sohrab B. Daver (Executive Director)
An Electrical engineering graduate from IIT Bombay, he started his career with Tata Electric Companies, Mumbai in the year 1973. In 1985, he shifted to Saudi Consolidated Power generating and distributing company & worked in SCECO up to 1994. He joined Masibus in 1995 & is presently looking after the Masibus factory at Goa and also heading the marketing activities in the states of Maharashtra and Goa.

Sanjeev Chakraborty (G.M.Marketing)
An Instrumentation Engineer from Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology, Nadiad, Gujarat, started his career in 1991 with Godrej. Later he joined Masibus in 1992 & is heading the Marketing activities of the organization. A specialist and a innovator in the field of Instrumentation & Control, combined with a penchant for marketing, he travels far & wide to meet & understand customer requirements to offer value added solutions.

Jayesh Gandhi (G.M.Technical – Projects Engineering & Execution)
PDIC with Distinction and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from L.D.College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. Started his career in 1979, with commissioning of Polymerization Plant first with Calico Fiber and then Petrofils.Joined Ahmedabad Electricity Company(now known as Torrent Power)in the Project Team for C&I Erection and Commissioning, 110MW Thermal Power Plant in 1984.During his tenure he was engaged in majority of the time for New Projects and Renovation &Modernization. He worked till 2007 and last five years as HOD(C&I) for total capacity of 400 MW.He joined Masibus in 2007 to head the Projects Engineering and Execution.

Sushanta Kumar Pattnaik (G.M.Technical – Products)
An electronic engineer from The Institution of Engineers (India). Started his career in 1986 with Alacrity Electronics Chennai; later shifted to the German MNC R.Stahl in Chennai and subsequently to Premier Evolvics in Coimbatore and joined Masibus in 2007. He has experience in Power electronics, process instrumentation and textile electronics. He is a life member in the Society of EMC Engineers ‘(SEMCE)’ India. Presently he is responsible for the product division of Masibus.
