These devices are specifically designed to transfer digital signals originating from NAMUR sensors or dry contacts located in hazardous zones, ensuring that control operations in safe areas can be executed without compromising safety.
9000Ex-31 and 9000Ex-32 are single-channel Smart Current Drivers that provide a galvanically isolated 4–20 mA signal to the hazardous area, corresponding to a 4–20 mA input signal from the safe area. They repeat the current signal in another floating circuit to drive a hazardous area load, using isolating transformers that provide galvanic isolation. The Smart Current Driver operates SMART I/P converters, electric valves, and positioners in hazardous areas. It
features high output capacity combined with a low voltage drop across its input terminals.
Masibus 9000Ex-1/9000Ex-2 Repeater power supply/ Signal Isolator is compact and rugged for Isolation of field signals from Hazardous area. It provides a fully floating dc supply for energising a conventional 2-wire/3-Wire 4-20mA transmitter or smart transmitter, which is located in Hazardous area. It repeats the current in another floating circuit to drive a safe-area load.
Masibus 9000E is compact DIN rail mount Signal Isolator which is used to isolate 4-20mA Analog Field Signals. Separate Inbuilt Transmitter Power supply is available in each channel to energise the 2-wire field Transmitter, and this will eliminate the requirement of external Transmitter Power Supply. 9000E is suitable for 2-W and 4-W Field Transmitters.
Masibus 9000L Signal Isolator is compact yet rugged 4 wire Isolator used for reliable isolation and attenuation of Industry Standard Field Signals. 9000L is available in Single or Dual output models.
Masibus 9000U+ Signal Isolator is available in single or dual output models. 9000U+ has built-in transmitter power supply (TPS) to drive field transmitters delivering 4-20mA DC outputs signal. With DOP (AP only), this model also acts as signal distributor. A typical application could be where the signal has to be distributed for indication on local panel, field control room, main control room or DCS system.
Masibus relay output field interface board has 08 channels relay output with contact rating of 10A @ 250V AC/30V DC. The relay board has unique features like source/sink coil signal, C shorting of all relays by jumper, NO/NC selection for snubber by jumper.
Masibus Analog Input Field Interface Board has 8 channels that accepts various types of current/voltage signals and converts them to isolated current/voltage signals. It is compact universal DIN rail mounted with labeled input and output connections. Each channel zero and span calibration is adjustable by multi-turn potentiometers.
Masibus linearized RTD / TC field interface board has 8 nos. of independent Thermocouple or Pt-100 RTD (3W) input channels. All 8 channels have factory set either current or voltage output signal. Field interface board has channel wise open sensor indication that allows user to identify channel wise faults.
